Almost a dozen hippies sit on a long bench in a park in Moscow, 1980. The group sits facing camera along the top half of the photograph. They sit in a row along a single bench. Many sit facing camera, but only a few look diretly toward the phototographer. Volodya Petrov sits on the far right end of the bench and looks to camera. Another person crouches down in front of him and the others seated at right; the crouching person's back is to camera. A wide, clear walkway stretches across the lower half of the photograph. Behind them, trees and shrubbery line the park.
