Black and white booklet titled "Piosenki Armii Krajowej." Published by Wydawnictwo Im. Gen. Nila-Fieldorfa. The art in the booklet was drawn by Maciej Pietrzyk. The front cover of the booklet has a military helmet with the Polish kotwica. There are 16 pages of handwritten text and drawings. The drawings portray scenes of soldiers in combat.
