Poster. Against red background which forms letters KPSS (Communist Party of the Soviet Union) on top, stands Lenin wearing a suit, a red bow on his lapel, and holding the newspaper Pravda in his hand. The text: "Est' takaia partiia" / says "Such party exists!" (famous words Lenin said in 1917 at the 1st Congress of Soviets answering the claim of a Menshevik politician I. Tsereteli who was saying there was no party in Russia at the time that could take power).
