The poster shows the pop-art version of the State Kremlin Palace, where the Congresses of the CPSU met every five years. With a reliance on red, blue, and white, the poster rails against Western issues such as racism, colonialism, and imperialism. This is also apparent in the caricatures at the very bottom of the poster, especially with the crossover soldier/Statue of Liberty holding a grenade in one hand and a doctrine of “aggression violence racism” in the other. This could be a reference to the Vietnam war.
