A lamp produced by and/or for Deutsche Reichsbahn, the GDR's state-owned railway system. The lamp's body is a rectangular prism with a semicircular top portion. It appears that the body was once painted black, though rusting and chipping is very prevalent. The lamp can be carried by its handle at the top, or attached to another object using the latch on its backside. The lamp can likely be opened up by a triangular screw on the backside. The light compartment itself portrudes from the lamp body, with a small bulb behind a circular glass or plastic cover, secured by a metal rim. This rim can be loosened to access the bulb or disassemble the light component. A plastic switch on the side of the lamp body likely functions to power the lamp on and off. An eagle logo, likely that of Deutsche Reichsbahn, is present underneath the light component, above the letters "DR."
