A 25 ruble bill distributed by the joint Soviet (Russian as of 1992)-American enterprise "ELPAV". The bill was redeemable "for goods and services" on the presumably Georgian ship "Shota Rustaveli" between March 13th to 29th, 1992. The firm appears to be a joint Russian-German enterprise as of 2013, with a concentration on textile industry. There is a remnant of a stamp with Georgian and Russian writings that need translation.
