Material language is English (magazine was published in four languages: Russian, English, German, and French). Issue gives "an account of four Bolshevik victories": 1) EPRON, 2) the Moscow-Kara-Kum-Moscow automobile run, 3) the Pamir Expedition. 4) The Flight of the Stratostat "USSR". Spine is chipping away and therefore fragile.
