Restaurant menu for the 1970 Spring Fair published by the Gaststättenorganisation Gastronom Leipzig (Gastronomical Restaurant Organization Leipzig). The front cover is decorated with a bright pink blockprint style decoration and a logo and title in bright blue. The logo seems to correspond to the restaurant name which is included on the front page: Restaurant Messegelände. The inner front cover has a letter welcoming Spring Fair guests to Leipzig. The letter is written by the "Leipziger Messeamt" (Leipzig Fair Office). The menu is written in German, Russian, English, and French. The offerings are divided into categories: appetizers, soups, warm dishes & snacks, egg dishes, light fare, dishes for "gourmets," dishes for people in a hurry, grill and pan dishes, chef specialty dishes, cold buffet, desserts, and drinks. The back cover includes an address for and details about services offered for a business called "gastronom service leipzig" (gastronomical service Leipzig). There is a stamp from the Gaststättenorganisation Gastronom Leipzig on the bottom of the back page, as well as details about the print job.
